Mrs. Carrie Jane Ngongo succesfully defended her PhD on Friday the 10th of February at 12:00 on at the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at Ghent University.

Title of the doctoral research: "Epidemiology and Etiology of Genital Fistulas in Eastern Africa."

Supervisors are: Prof. Dr. Steven Weyers, Prof. Dr. Marleen Temmerman and Prof. Dr. Jos van Roosmalen.
