Resilience, Depression and Anxiety among Pregnant Women in Pakistan: Development and Evaluation of an Intervention

Ms. Shireen Shehzad Bhamani is an Assistant Professor at the Aga Khan University School of Nursing & Midwifery. As a nurse epidemiologist and biostatistician, she researches the intersection of maternal and mental health. Ms. Bhamani's major area of expertise in education, practice and research with a special emphasis on women’s mental health, and its intergenerational effects. She will be speaking on the topic of her PhD thesis, which she is completing under the supervision of Dr. An-Sofie Van Parys at Ghent University.
