Call for inspiration

South Korean law requires that institutions for higher education provide new students with a course on the prevention of sexual and domestic violence within the first two months of their college education.

The focus should not only be on prevention, but also on where to turn in the event of violence. At the start of this academic year, Prof Dr Ines Keygnaert taught this course at the Ghent University Global Campus in South Korea.
Isn’t this a good practice that could be adopted in other countries as well? Some food for thought.
