Ms Emilie Peeters
Emilie Peeters is Policy Officer within ICRH Belgium and for the ANSER network.
Emilie studied Political Sciences and became passioned about sexual and reproductive health and the importance of it in the fight against inequality. She started her career as a parliamentary assistant of Prof. Marleen Temmerman. Afterwards she worked for different international NGO’s, where she mostly worked on trying to convince policy makers of the importance of investing in sexual and reproductive health.
Emilie started working as the new ICRH Policy Officer on the 16th of October , aiming at strengthening the connection with politics and policies by working within ANSER and by extending the role of ICRH as WHO collaborating centre. She will also be representing ICRH in different external networks.
