Ms Leni Linthout
Researcher
Leni Linthout holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and Social Pedagogy and is committed to advocating for equal rights for people in vulnerable situations, with a particular focus on migrants and refugees.
From November 2019 to October 2021, she contributed to the implementation of the European project INHeRE. Since November 2021, Leni has been pursuing a Joint PhD in Health Sciences (Ghent University) and Psychology (University of Lille), funded by the Flemish Research Foundation (FWO). She is a member of the Gender and Violence research team at the International Centre for Reproductive Health. Her doctoral research explores the intersection of masculinity and sexual violence during ongoing and past migration trajectories within European transit spaces.
